Information Sharing
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business — Supabase (database), Twilio (calls and texts), Resend (email), QuickBooks (invoicing), CallRail (call tracking), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), and Vercel (hosting)
- Advertising and analytics partners — to measure the performance of our own advertising, we share limited information about your interactions, and where applicable cryptographically hashed (one-way, irreversible) versions of your email address or phone number, with Google and CallRail. This lets them match your interaction to the ad that brought you to us without receiving your raw contact information. It is used solely to measure our own advertising — never to market to you on behalf of another business — and SMS opt-in and consent data is never included.
- Our crew and contractors — only the details they need to complete your job (name, service address, items to remove, access details)
- Legal compliance — as required by law or to protect our legal rights
