Service Agreement

By requesting junk removal services from Junk Removal 911 (operated by Twin Lakes Junk Services LLC), you agree to these terms. Junk Removal 911 provides junk removal, hauling, and related services in the Chicago, IL metropolitan area and Northwest Indiana.

Pricing and Payment

• All pricing is based on volume, weight, and type of items to be removed
• Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless invoicing has been arranged in advance
• We accept cash, check, credit card, and Zelle
• For invoiced accounts, payment is due within the terms specified on the invoice

Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments are scheduled within a morning (9am-Noon) or afternoon (Noon-3pm) time window
• We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times
• To cancel or reschedule, contact us at 312-730-8483 as soon as possible
• Same-day cancellations may result in a trip charge at our discretion

Text Messaging Program

Program name: Junk Removal 911 Service Notifications
Program description: Appointment confirmations, reminders, crew notifications, post-service follow-up, and two-way customer support messaging.

Message frequency: Typically 3-5 messages per service appointment. Frequency may vary based on service needs and customer inquiries.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive.

Opt-out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Service may not be available on all carrier networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Consent: By providing your phone number and requesting service, you consent to receive text messages from Junk Removal 911 related to your service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time.

Liability

• We exercise reasonable care during junk removal but are not liable for pre-existing damage to property
• Customers are responsible for identifying items to be removed and items to be kept
• Once items are loaded onto our truck, they are considered disposed of and cannot be recovered
• We are fully insured for property damage caused by our crew during service

Prohibited Items

We cannot remove hazardous materials including but not limited to:

• Chemicals, solvents, and paints
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Medical waste and biohazards
• Explosives and ammunition

If prohibited items are discovered during service, we reserve the right to decline removal of those items.
